I hate Just Guns. Nothing but bad service from them.
River City is my favorite gun shop in Sacramento. All the guys are rad. TDS takes good care of me as well. For the most part, Sac Black Rife is good but there has been a time or two when I didn't get treated very well. The guys at the Cordova range are great as well as the guys at The Gun Range.
For the most part, River City has the best guns as well as the most guns in stock.
