If it is for CQB or Home Defense then use a 25 yard zero so you will not have as drastic a hold over to make up for height over bore when close in. If you use it for long range shots a 50 yard zero will likely be better.

It all boils down to what distance the majority of your shots are going to be at and how you use your rifle.
