Per the Sac Sheriff's AB2103 letter for the course of fire: "As permitted, ADA accommodations can still be made at the discretion of the Instructor." In the course I just did, accommodations were offered if necessary for anyone doing the quals. No documentation was required. I would ask the instructor you are using for qualification to make sure accommodations can be made.
