Yes; vents, exposed wood siding, unprotected eaves, wooden decks, patio furniture, certain vegetation, vehicles blocking roads/access, etc. are some of the components of consideration necessary to develop a good plan.
Pre-deployment of proper suppression tools/resources is essential as well.
