If you paid via credit card or debit you can dispute the charge. You can simply say I went to buy Colt 45... did the paperwork as a 45. When I picked it up I still assumed it was a 45. Went to load a 45 round into it...and discovered it wasn't a 45. I received goods not as advertised. Companies like American Express are very good at disputes between merchants. Thats another route if they dont want to work with you. Just move quickly. The more you wait around, the worst it looks.
