I bought some BVAC bulk FMJ rounds in 250 packs for $74 shipped a while back - I would think they would be at least that cheap still. It was from one of the big three mail order... I don't remember which. Cabela's, Midway, Gander.
Midway has Ultramax reloads for that price ($73.99), but no free shipping and it is a backorder.
I buy most of my Win White box from cabela's as 100 packs. $35-$40 per. Ilike the 165 grain when they are in stock.
