My 10/22 was shipped with a defective firing pin. It did not strike the bullet properly and caused the failed to fire. I called Ruger and they wanted me to ship it to them on my dime. I am installed a new firing pin myself and paid for it myself. Ruger customer support is nowhere near Hi Point.
