Actually, the ID issue was about a year ago. Larry brought it up with me--he remembered the issue from a year before. I'd like the apology for them treating me poorly when I called to confirm the serial number on the DROS form matched the gun. The ID issue is when from when I purchased one of my handguns from them.
For the record, the handled the ID much better when I was in on Dec 30. Obviously my discussion with them a year ago helped.
