Not true. I cancelled a gun from there. The sales people had no hard feelings, if they didn't have a gun to cancel, they said they don't charge a cancellation fee. Now if I got a serial number and then cancelled, they said I would of been charged.

Well Calguners, I'll take the blame for this. When this all hit, we bought several new 5-axis machines to increase production. The problem was that I was anticipating a linear increase of parts per day. e.g. One machine = 100, two must = 200, and three brand new machines will get you 300 per day, right? ....unfortunately, not so much. On top of that, we had some anodizing issues that created some blem batches that I could not in good conscience ship out. So, at the end of the day, please direct all hate male to my PM box. Turners, Ammo Bros, The Shootist, et al have been very patient with us and I thank them for their patronage, and I thank you for hanging in there.

RamblinRon 04-18-2013 1:38 PM

Pre-order = Feb 1
Call from Turner's = Apr 11
DROS = Apr 12

Overall = approx 2.5 months

You got my support FA. You put out a fine product and the wait is understandable.

BTW, will Turner's carry your billet upper in the future? thanks.

We will be happy to offer billet uppers with window covers and forward assists if Turner's wants to order them. We should have them available later this year, or by Q1 2014 at the latest. I know that is a long way out, but we are buried with complete rifle orders at the moment.

What do they look like ?

Nine 04-20-2013 12:07 PM

Yea! when I ordered my Libertas lowers from Turner in Reseda and asked if they can order uppers from Franklin for me but they said NO because it was not listed on Franklin website. I would suggest Franklin to start listing to their retailers so we can start put in order for our match up set.

Here's a look at the matched set. We have 14 blem uppers that are available to ship today. The anodize came out a little blue and there were some minor tool marks. If you're interested, contact your Franklin Armory dealer.

RamblinRon 04-22-2013 4:25 PM

FA, what other parts do you manufacture and plan on distributing to vendors in the future? thanks.

franklinarmory 04-22-2013 4:34 PM

For the most part, we're trying to get a lot of rifles out the door. On occasion we have more components than we can build such as LPKs, handguards, etc. Right now, we have a lot of FSR rails available.

RamblinRon 04-24-2013 10:20 AM

sounds good. interested in your LPK. :)

Robertcrav 04-26-2013 10:56 AM

Both of mine are for sale for what I paid...

Randy77 04-30-2013 8:45 PM

Does anyone know the status of these lowers at turners right now?
Wishful thinking??

MakeYaBootyBurn 05-03-2013 12:01 AM

INCINR8 05-03-2013 3:46 PM

Hot eye 05-04-2013 7:25 PM
