I'll make you a deal- I will be one of your guards, but it's going to cost you $30 an hour, no benefits, for 40 hours a week. I have a guard card and EFP, plus lots of training and experience.

The Public Safety Officer II is an armed position responsible for protecting tribal assets in and around the casinos and provides for the safety, security and wellbeing of patrons and employees. When required will be responsible for armed escorts and other public safety duties as assigned.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Protect Tribal assets against loss or theft, and provide armed escorts as needed.
Stand assigned posts.
Provide security during the cash pulls.
Conduct gaming tables drops, chip fills, and asset escorts.
Respond to breaches of the peace.
Provide general armed security for casino patrons and customers.
Enforce Policies & Procedures and criminal law.
Assist outside law enforcement partnering agencies as required.
Interact with patrons and team members in a positive, professional manner.
Participate in continuous training programs including semi-annual firearms qualifications.
May be assigned to specialized assignments and exterior public safety duties to include bike or vehicle patrol.
Performs other public safety related duties as assigned.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the ability to maintain strict confidentiality of classified/sensitive information.
The Employee must be competent with various PC based software programs and standard office equipment.
Must be able to establish and maintain productive working relationship with co-workers and management and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Must have strong reasoning and guest relations skills.
Must be 21 years of age and possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
Have the ability to obtain a NIGC key license.
A current BSIS Guard Card is required.
Note: Unarmed officers who are selected are required to obtain their BSIS Exposed Firearm’s permit within 12 months of their date of hire.

Candidate will have to provide his/her own firearm and duty gear (uniforms are provided).
High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
Prior experience with a licensed Public Safety or Security company performing officer or guard duties; or prior military service performing military law enforcement or military security related duties; or a college degree in an administration of justice related field of study, or Public Safety related degree program preferred, BUT NOT REQUIRED. Desirable candidates without experience will receive necessary training.

Prior law enforcement experience, or gaming agency experience is welcomed.

Salary: $16.00/hourly unarmed - $18.06/hourly armed

Maybe they don't take out US income tax since you are working for a soverign nation on their land.

All Income is Global Income is Reportable, but the IRS code will
give you tax relief since foreign or soverign nations will tax you
so the IRS will not double tax the same income up to $90K.
