I believe that you can legally build a single shot pistol in CA, which can then be converted to semi-auto (not full semi-auto).

It would then of course have to be serialized.

This is my understanding of the laws, but it may be very different from what the laws actually mean though...

Let's put it this way. If I get 30 orders I'll donate a roaming jig

If he donates the jig, then I'll donate the beer to whoever has it at that time in the corona riverside area to let me come over bend my rails trim and drills holes.

I think he said the x5 upgrade was roughly +280 but your getting

4x mags
X5 full size grip
X5 trigger which I believe is the gray guns trigger
X5, slide and match barrel sig romeo 1 ready

I looked up the cost
full size grip with mag well 99.99 and shipping
Trigger 69.99 plus shipping
Additional mags are 46.99-58.99 ea plus shipping
I couldn't find x5 slide and barrel but the RX barrel and slide xchange kit was 599 on ebay

Hope that helps

I was just looking at this 80 percent this past week.

I am VERY interested.

Just one question: what tools would I need to bend the rails on the 80-percent with the jig?

dacal 04-03-2018 9:32 PM

I'm interested as well

I am also willing to work with people on some other models, Carry, and sub compact depending on availability. The .45 uses a larger 80% module and different jig. Those will be available in near future...

Same price for the subcompact frame?

I'll update the main thread as soon as I get a count on how many people have actually ordered. Even if we don't get 30, I will have a jig that I can ship around for a small fee (something like $20 or so to offset wear and tear on jig and bits, shipping etc)

mcat707 04-04-2018 5:41 AM

Most of these P320’s only come with standard mags, like the X- Five. Will the mags be blocked to only accept 10rds?

nubrun 04-04-2018 6:20 AM

Original post has been updated to include price for the X5. Please note that due to demand there is a longer lead time for the X5 than the standard models, please anticipate waiting 3-4 weeks minimum. 6 people have already ordered so we only need 24 more to get the public "roaming" jig thrown in.

Mags will be blocked per pertinent CA laws.

GunnEnvy 04-04-2018 6:43 AM

So for AB857 compliance I'm assuming the fcu just neeeds to be engraved? If I recall the grip module has a little window displaying the serial engraved on the fcu. Does the name and city of manufacturer have to be completely visible or no as long as the fcu is engraved?

F&F FIREARMS 04-04-2018 6:54 AM

The fcu has to be engraved to comply. The window only shows serial number but the name and city is also engraved
