Nordic Components

I have an 1100 with a +6 tube that I shoot in 3 gun, it's probably 5-6 years old and has seen quite a lot of rounds plus the dumping in the can during transition. A week ago I was shooting a 3 gun match and the tube broke right at the cap.
Now, back story I read about how the clamp might cause some issues with slugs (things that I didn't have, but thought I should deal with anyway).
I called Nordic and ordered a new tube and asked if the removing the clamp might have caused the break. I was transferred to, I wish I had got his name right it was Rainy or Randy, and talked for a long time about all things shotgun. What a wealth of information he is.
Long story short, he sent me a new tube, spring and cap free of charge. Talked to him Monday package arrived Thursday. I tried to tell him it was old and I'm sure my fault didn't matter he sent it anyway.
Sure I didn't break the company with the parts but the customer service I received is worth a heck of a lot more.
Now I'm glad I've been using their products for so long.

Yeah,, NC's CS is second to none.. great to see a company stand behind the products they sell 100%.

Very good report on Customer Service. Remington is using the Nordic on the Versa Max Tactical and I have almost no knowledge or expirience with the Nordic line so hearing something like this from an end user is a big positive
