Met quite a few friendly people at LC this past tuesday, tried to lure a few of them onto Calguns ;)

David with the .308 Remington and the mint C4 Corvette, it's too bad you ran out of ammo, but thanks again offering to let us shoot your rifle.

Same goes for everybody else we met, it was a great experience all around :chris:

Oh totally, I'm on VAC from The 22-30, so somebody hit me up! Im planning on going go the shoot'n Que this next Saturday, might be able to swung in another shoot.

I was there yesterday to do some product testing of a couple Adcor Defense Elites with my buddy, who does a lot of video production for the Outdoor Channel. I'm going to try and make it up there at least once a month on Mondays or Tuesdays now that my schedule has relaxed bit those days. There are a few old timers and dedicated hand loaders logging data, and they are very friendly.

I think they are closed on Mondays.

A little surprised that they didn't hassle you over your AR and magazines.

i have been there before with my AR, and 10/20 magpul pinned mag and nobody even looked twice. should i not take my home pinned 10/20 aluminum mags (blocks and rivets)?

or did the guy who was posting have an illegal set up?

In my experience you're good with 10rd mags.

Even if you run featureless they don't want your preban magazines there.

Rimfire hicaps are fine though.

I have nothing against them personally but their policy sucks.

It does, but all it means is I have to reload 3x as often, seems trivial, at least to me. I hope you change your mind someday, the more the merrier! :D

The only other place up here that I know of is West End Gun Club, and they're member-only :(
