Jimmy Vidanes in riverside
Jojo Vidanes in norco
Wil oHara in norco

Awesome gunsmiths. Jimmy has a better turn around time. But it all depends on what you want done. Jimmy also has a better pricing.

My son just had work done on his 1911 at Norco Armory.

A guy named Cameron Link works out of a shop in Yucaipa.

He's a colt certified 1911 armorer.

You can reach him at

My 1911 needs a little minor work. Cameron has been helping me track it down on a different forum, and through email.

I'll probably take it to him sometime next month for some feeding issues.

I dont know of people in the area that have experience with him yet- but he was helping me online for free and I reached the point where I'm not comfortable working on it, and want to take it to someone. I'll give him a crack it.

---------Another guy I know who really has a thing for 1911's swears by Dave of Daves metal works in Covina. Says it's one of only 2 people that touch his 1911's. Pretty strong recommendation from someone I know and trust....
