No offense intended since its hard to read tone through text / type but what do you think moderation is Buddy because that is exactly what your suggestion involves ultimately?!?
Since the more sub forums there are the more work / clutter there is for the Mods to deal with and moderate the less they are able to do what they are really needed for elsewhere making the site worse for us all as a whole. All because you don't want to do more work on your end by using the tools already provided like the search function or good old fashioned elbow grease in going through the posts in the ammo section when really it moves at a snails pace compared to the firearms and parts sections.
Its already really freaking hard to get people to do things that are already forum rules like posting in the correct sections and putting their location in their info or listings - being to lazy to go through sections to find what you want or need isn't a legitimate problem its like people suggesting sub forums for Socal and Norcal because they don't want to look through both or separate sections for pistols and rifles when all its going to do is clutter the site for people looking to buy or selling both or who are willing to ship. |
