In your opinion... What is the most sought after "OFF ROSTER" Firearm on the market!

What do you think is the most popular/sought after "OFF ROSTER" Firearm on the market? Gen4 Glock, XDS/XDM, CZ..... :dots:

tbc 03-18-2013 2:33 PM

Where's the poll? :D

It will be between Glock Gen4 and CZ.

fivebyfive 03-18-2013 2:41 PM

Uzi

theneko 03-18-2013 2:41 PM

This will be chosen weekly "desirable off-roster gun" thread.

ThiZZ 03-18-2013 3:48 PM

Personally, I have been wanting a Ruger SR1911 for a while.

5.0Driver 03-18-2013 3:49 PM

Gen 4 Glocks, Springfield XDM's, CZ's, and many 1911's.

Oh and handguns with threaded barrels.

Edwood 03-18-2013 4:08 PM

You can always get a handgun with an interchangeable barrel and buy the threaded one separately, and keep it separate. You can then drop it in and use it when in the right legal location (outside of Cali, etc.)

Fishslayer 03-18-2013 4:52 PM

Still the same as the last time...

Ruger SR1911

The difference is that this time I HAVE one. :D

den888 03-18-2013 4:52 PM

Colt Python!

GreekPT 03-18-2013 5:31 PM

^^Nice I have a sweet nickel Python. : )

Question, why is the XDM/S or SR1911 or G4Glock more sought after than say a .44 Desert Eagle with a higher end finish? Just because they are much more functional and versatile for many uses?

Just_some_guy 03-18-2013 5:59 PM

Berretta 21A Bobcat.

In 1984, a legend was born. The Berretta Model 21A.

uhlan1 03-18-2013 6:02 PM

Again?
Sigh...Glock Gen 4 19

chim-chim7 03-18-2013 6:27 PM

The one that's hard to get is always the most desireable.

Jacfourteen 03-18-2013 8:07 PM

The S&W shield had a lot of hype going for it for a while (I want one too) It seems to have calmed down a bit. The fact that there is a roster compliant version doesn't seem to have affected the desire for the off roster version though as most don't like the cali "features"

DuknBucks 03-18-2013 8:08 PM

Mine!

Just-in 03-18-2013 8:10 PM

Some form of railed 1911.

Darto 03-19-2013 12:44 AM

An original Gatling Gun. After all it costs $400,000 for a nice one and who wouldn't want?

:jump:

But seriously, the NAA 22 short only revolver 1" barrel. Funny that NAA does not submit that one model for California tests. Maybe because it would not pass?
Only want it because this is I believe the smallest pistol made (but I'm pretty ignorant of all that's out there, probably there are a few smaller).
I do have a Walker reproduction at the other size extreme...

leocrrnz 03-19-2013 12:58 AM

Glock gen 4, Colt Python, and certain 1911's

Foxsweep 04-10-2013 8:43 PM

...

zman 04-10-2013 9:54 PM

Glock 19 Gen 4 followed closely by the XDm 9

StuckInTheP.R.O.Ca 04-10-2013 10:18 PM

Gen 4.

PutTogether 04-10-2013 10:31 PM

It was the LCP forever, but the only ones that hurt me (beyond how bad the CONCEPT of the roster hurts) are all the good 1911s.

DBLee 04-11-2013 8:54 AM

I keep seeing people mention CZ, but for the most part they are on the roster.

Legasat 04-11-2013 9:08 AM

HK45

Ripon83 04-11-2013 9:45 AM

Rock Island Armory 9mm - should only be $500 if rostered

Josh3239 04-11-2013 9:51 AM

Definetly Gen 4 Glocks and probably the Taurus Judge.

Foxsweep 04-11-2013 11:50 AM

I'm still thinking its the XDS .45 and gen4 19
