Does out-of-state CCW Show up during traffic stop?
Do out of state CCW's show up when a cop runs your name during a traffic stop in CA? I know cops are on edge already during a traffic stop, and I always ask/ make them aware of where I'm going to reach when they ask for something, but if they see an out of state CCW, I'd like to know if there is a slight chance they think I may be dumb enough to carry in state.

No! Even in state CCW does not show up.

In some counties they do. Many years ago, I was run in Sutter county during a semi-consensual encounter, and dispatch came back with info that I had a CCW issued by Sutter Co.
Out of state, definitely not though. |
I can't see how out of state CCW even could show up; such databases are not (so far as we know, and because of both technical and legal issues I tend to believe 'not') connected to anything in CA.

Some states have a CCW endorsement right on their license to drive...
