Question on AK selling/shipping
 

Would like to ask the forum please if when selling a WASR 10 63 if the rifle can be shipped or not. Must it be a ppt only?

Isn't there any FFL that will comment on this for me? I bought this but it was ftf. I just want to know if I sell it, can I ship it?

If it is a so-called a-salt weapon, then you can only sell it to a CA a-salt weapon dealer or to someone out of state. I think that the law says that only a so-called a-salt weapon dealer can ship it, but a person from the CA DOJ said that you could ship your personal so-called a-salt weapon out of state.

If it is not a so-called a-salt weapon, then it is just like any other long gun.
