Arizona storage of firearms

All guns shipped to me from out of state must be logged into my A&D book per federal law.
I am not required to ship guns to a CA FFL if the owner of the gun shipped them to me directly. There are few exceptions but they typically have nothing to do with the owner.
I accept CA AWs as they are just title 1 guns in AZ. I cannot ship them back in AW configuration but they can be made compliant or rendered inoperable and sent back directly to the owner.
I can accept Title 2 firearms (NFA) via form 5 approval from out of state and I can return them directly to the owner via another form 5 approval.

Locally I can accept title 1 guns.
1. I can log them into my A&D book. These can be returned directly to the owner without a 4473/NICS.

I can accept title 2 guns in 3 ways.
1. I can log them in my A&D book after form 5 approval and return with no 4473/NICS
2. I can be put on the trust as a permitted possessor and they can be stored in my personal safe. ATF can request to look at NFA items at anytime. I am not required to conduct a 4473/NICS on return.
3. If I am not on the trust the owner can lock his NFA items in a container I am not able to unlock and store them in my personal safe. I am not required to do a 4473/NICS check on return.

Any guns logged into my A&D book must be accessible so they cannot be shipped to me locked up and I have to be able to allow ATF to inspect during my business hours.

I have 2 levels of storage.

Onsite
$100/yr per pistol/suppressor
$150/yr per long gun/title 2
All guns are insured under my business insurance including guns off my books. It is how my insurance is contracted. They are also insured during transit. Serial numbers and descriptions are not required for guns worth under $10,000.
Most clients provide a hard sided case like a 2 or 4 gun pistol case and a gun sock. They provide a gun sock and soft case for rifles.
Hard cased rifles and abnormally large rifles, crew served are additional cost.
Monthly inspection, cleaning if needed, and up to 4 pictures per year upon request are included. Nitrile gloves are used to protect the finish.

Offsite
I have a contract with a highly secured vault that specializes in firearm, artwork, bullion, and other delicate item storage. It is insured with the equivalent of Lloyds of London. It is 24hr guarded outside with a 6 ton vault door. The facility is insurance rated for theft and natural disasters above Federal deposit banks. This is a longer term focused storage or for those that have very high value items. There are only 3 of these facilities west of the Mississippi I know about. It is massive so storage is not an issue.
$200/yr for title 1 guns
$300/yr for title 2 guns
$5000 coverage per item included and can be increased up to $5million paid for by the client.

I do not go into security details.

This will be a valuable service for people from many states soon, not only CA.

Wow, this is such an amazing service you provide, especially for those prices! I would have loved to have had something like this before I moved back to CA. I could have kept my beloved MK18 :(
