I had been looking for a Les Baer for a very long time determined I was to enter the 1911 world wanting the best I could financially substantiate the investment. I had done considerable research and consideration to choose a Les Baer over many other great 1911's. It was New Years Day 01.01.2014 morning and went online to check my LGS inventory where they never have had LB's for sale and low and behold.....a Premier II and the all new UTC priced at MSRP no price bump in stock and they were open. I immediately loaded up the family, headed down and bought the UTC. With Les Baer's unquestionable reputation I briefly handled both, decided on the UTC and bought it with complete confidence. Thank you all for the immense and supportive and honest replies. This is what truly makes our Calguns family the best gun forum.
